4W River Ranch

The 4W River Ranch is located approximately 3± miles southwest of Junction, Texas. This property is about 2.5± miles from South Llano River State Park, 60± miles from Kerrville, 100± miles from San Angelo, 117± from miles San Antonio, 142± miles from Austin, and 210± miles from Midland.

The landscape offers lots of shade throughout the day and a nice variety of hardwoods, including numerous pecans, walnut, sycamore, cedar elm, native cherry, and mesquite. A 6.5± acre portion of land on the north end of the property could be reclaimed into a nice field. A healthy selection of native grass covers the landscape.

A 936± sf house on the north side of the ranch is currently unoccupied and in fair condition. It has been used to store supplies and kayaks.

The property has frequent sightings of axis deer, whitetail deer, turkey, dove, hogs, and the occasional waterfowl. Anglers can take advantage of catching perch, catfish, and bass.

Enjoy an incredible amount of live water that is ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and tubing. The property has access to the land on both sides of the South Llano River, stretching approximately 420'±. Additionally, the south boundary of the property meets the main South Llano River for a length of 600'±. The South Llano River serves as the centerpiece of the ranch, flowing 420'± on both sides. This section of the river has a nice combination of deep holes and rapids. The owner has gone to great lengths to improve the accessibility to the river, installing about 700 one-ton limestone blocks into an impressive multi-tier retaining wall. The main portion of the South Llano River is separated by a 4± acre island located at the south boundary of the property. The river flows for 600'± and has a very secluded ambiance. There is one water well that provides water to a small house.
