The property is approximately 45± miles south of San Antonio.  The property is accessed via a short 1/2± mile easement access off FM 2629.

Species of wildlife seen on the ranch include Quail, Whitetail Deer, Rio Grande Turkeys, Dove, Coyotes, Bobcats, and Wild Hogs.

The highlight of Summit Ranch is a 550'± deep Carrizo irrigation water well located in the center of the property. The Carrizo water well pump is set at 240'± deep, driven by a 1978 diesel pump recently serviced by Unisom Drilling in Devine, TX, and is operational. Area water drillers report that shallow water is available between 200'± and 300'± deep, suitable for drilling a domestic use water well similar to those of neighboring properties.
